Split Ball Valve

Split Ball Valve

It adopts a split and fixed ball structure. After being compressed, the ball will not move. During operation, all the forces generated on the ball are transmitted to the upper and lower shaft sleeves and will not be passed on to the valve seat on the outlet side, avoiding excessive pressure on the valve seat and causing damage.

The double-seat inlet end seal enables both seats to independently cut off the fluid at the inlet end, achieving the double-blocking function of the valve.

The ball and the valve stem are designed and processed as an integrated unit, ensuring the alignment of the ball and the valve stem and avoiding the valve stem detachment caused by frequent opening of the valve.

The InconelX-750 spring or high-temperature resistant fluororubber ring is adopted to provide the initial sealing force of the valve, and a unique sealing structure is adopted to ensure that no ash, slag or dust enters within the action range of the spring, ensuring the reliable floating of the valve seat and the sealing with the ball.

The valve seat adopts a hard alloy self-scraping structure, which can achieve self-cleaning of the spherical surface when the valve is opened, preventing ash and slag from blocking the sealing surface of the ball.

The nickel-based hard alloy is reliably refused with the ball and valve seat base by using metal remelting technology. Its bonding force is significantly better than other methods, which can effectively prevent the peeling of the hard alloy layer. A reasonable hardness difference is designed between the valve seat and the ball to ensure a long service life of the sealing surface between the ball and the valve seat and a better sealing effect.
