This ball valve adopts the principle of deviation swing and rotation to achieve the on-off action. Its feature is that it eliminates the most fundamental factor causing valve damage - scratches on the sealing surface. When the valve is closed, the ball core is pressed and wedged onto the sealed valve seat by mechanical force, ensuring a tight seal without the help of the pressure difference in the pipeline. When the valve is opened, the ball core swings away from the valve seat, and the fluid in the pipeline passes through the valve uniformly at 360° along the surface of the ball core. This can eliminate the local erosion and corrosion of the valve seat by the high-speed liquid. There is no friction when the valve is opened or closed, which means the valve is easy to operate, has low torque and long-term reliable performance.
